Beginning in March, 2020, Dodge County garbage haulers will be charged more to dump waste at the county transfer station. The companies will probably pass this increase along to their customers. This equates to an increase of about $.50 to $1 per month to the average household waste charges.

Dodge County must pass increases along to local haulers when increases come from Olmsted County’s Waste-to-Energy Facility. There is a 20-year contract with Olmsted County to haul Dodge County’s waste to that location.
