Dodge County Land Records is requesting bids for the remodel of their Driver License area. Bids are subject to Minnesota Statute 471.345 Subd. 3a. The bids shall be based on the concept drawing and require completion date before December 1, 2020. To get a copy of the concept drawing please contact Ryan DeCook in Dodge County Land Records by calling (507)635-6243. Bids will be reviewed by the selection committee for grading on September 22, 2020. The County Board will review the selection and decide the approval of the project on September 22, 2020.
No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond.
Bids may not be withdrawn anytime after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
Bids are due on September 22, 2020 until 12:00 PM local time at the Dodge County Government Service Building 721 Main Street North, Mantorville, MN 55955. Late bids will not be reviewed.
