Dodge County officials are continuing efforts to keep employees and customers protected from the SARS-CoV-2 virus when customers bring waste items to the county transfer station, 62236 240th Ave., Kasson.

Staff members from the Dodge County Environmental Services department have put together directions for dropping all kinds of waste at the station and details include how to prepare for your trip so you pay the least amount possible. After using the north entrance and checking in at the office, the correct locations for different types of waste are shown clearly on an overview of the site plus on individual illustrations.

Transfer Station hours are Monday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; closed Saturdays.
