COVID Vaccine Incentive Program:  Register to receive your 1st dose of Covid vaccine on 1/18/2022 for Moderna,  1/18/2022 or 2/01/2022 for Pfizer and receive a $25 Target Gift Card. Receive an additional $25 Target Gift Card with your 2nd dose of Moderna or Pfizer.  Second dose must be received on the provided second dose date (Moderna 2/22/2022, Pfizer 1/15/2022 or 2/22/2022).   Receive a $50 Target Gift Card for the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen single-dose series on 1/18/2022, 2/01/2022 or 2/15/2022.  Eligible only to adults 18+ receiving their first dose of Covid Vaccine.  Vaccine Series must be started and completed at Dodge County Public Health before 2/28/2022 to be eligible.  See below for registration details.    *Based on Vaccine availability.


All populations, ages 18 and up (Moderna  & Janssen) or 5 and up (Pfizer), are now eligible to receive a Covid-19 vaccination.   *Vaccine supplies continue to vary. If you find there are no clinic/link options when you try to schedule, please check back later. Clinics are added as vaccines become available.
