The mission of Fairview Care Center is to provide professional and loving care to our residents meeting their physical, mental, social and spiritual needs. We are “NEIGHBORS CARING FOR NEIGHBORS” enhancing our resident’s quality of life by promoting dignity and respect in their lives.

About Us
Fairview Care Center is located on the west edge of Dodge Center on nine acres of land and is surrounded by beautiful trees which are very inviting to birds and other wildlife. We have private rooms with private baths available as well as semi private rooms. Fairview Care Center is certified for Medicare and Medical Assistance.

Our Care Team
Fairview Care Center employs approximately 100 employees. We provide services in nursing, physical/ occupational/speech therapy, dietary, social services, activities, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance.

Medical Services
Medical services are provided through the Kasson Mayo Family Clinic with our Nurse Practitioner on site 3 days a week.

Therapy Services
Fairview Care Center is very proud of the rehabilitative programs that we offer. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy five days a week. Approximately 40% of the individuals admitted to Fairview Care Center return to their previous living arrangement after a successful rehabilitative stay. We also provide outpatient therapy to individuals living in the community.

Recreation Programs
Quality of Life for our residents is very important and our Activity Department provides a wide variety of activity programs to keep our residents busy, entertained and doing things that they have enjoyed doing throughout their lives. Trips and outings are always a hit with special trips planned to the Casino, Shopping Mall, County Fairs and restaurants.
