Eligibility for Drug Court
- Age - Adult over 18
- Male or Female; residence in county
- Have
misdemeanor or felony charge;
- Is a non-violent
offender as defined by Federal Statute
- Meet rule
25 criteria for treatment with history of moderate
to heavy use;
- Are able to physically participate
in intervention activities
