Under the authority of the
County Board, the County Administrator serves as the
Chief Administrative Officer of the county and is responsible
for recommending and implementing policies approved
by the County Board.
The County Administrator provides
for overall planning and coordination of all county
departments. The County Administrator is responsible
for managing and directing all administrative functions
and programs of the county including Administration,
Employee Relations, Finance, Information Systems, Building
Maintenance, purchasing, public information, risk management
and inter-governmental affairs.
The County Administrator
is accountable for the administration of the annual
budget process.
