Immunization Clinics
The Dodge County Public Health immunization clinic is held the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at their offices located at 42 E. Main St., Dodge Center, MN.

Immunization clinics are targeted to Dodge County residents, children and individuals that lack financial resources to pay for these vaccines. No person receiving an immunization in public clinics will be denied the vaccine due to inability to pay the fee.

Health Maintenance Clinics
Periodic health maintenance clinics to check blood pressures, blood glucose and cholesterol screenings are held throughout the Dodge County area. To set up a clinic for your business or event, please contact our offices at (507) 635-6150 for further information and cost.

'Seasonal' Flu Clinics
Dodge County Public Health conducts annual flu clinics starting every Fall. A detailed listing of scheduled clinics is provided below.

Dodge County Public Health has scheduled Flu clinics open to all age groups with an emphasis on the following:

  • 50 yrs or older, with & without chronic health conditions
  • Those living in nursing homes or other long term care facilities
  • Persons aged 6 months - 64 years with chronic health conditions
  • Children aged 6 –59 months
  • All women who will be pregnant or breastfeeding during the influenza season
  • Health care personnel who provide direct patient care
  • Household contacts and out-of-home caregivers of children ages
    < 6 months
  • All persons with risk of complications who plan to travel to an area of the world with influenza activity

Please note dates are subject to change due to vaccine distribution. Please Call Dodge County Public Health with any questions or concerns.

The cost of the shot is $24.00. For those individuals covered by Medicare Part B, you must bring your card with you in order for Medicare to pay for your shot. Receipts for insurance reimbursement will be available.

CHILDREN’S DENTAL CLINIC
Dodge County Public Health offers fluoride varnishing for children. Call 635-6150 to check for schedule and eligibility.
